I am so happy with my awning! We put in a new door and needed cover. Linda's design was beautiful and her price can't be beat. Thomas' drawings and install crew were detailed, fast, and efficient. This is one of those rare major purchases with zero regrets!

We had a standing seam unit designed for our front door. From start to finish, we hit a couple of snags, but overall Thomas did everything in his power and didnt stop until it was perfect. It was a small job, and as a business owner myself I know the small ones always seem to run not quite as smooth as we all would like. Thomas and Linda were extremely kind and more than understandable through the ending of the project. It was a great experience and would recommend this company. Thank you!

Austin American Awning has done work for us a couple of times in the past so when we needed some help at our home we called again. Jeff Alvey was very responsive, came out, and gave an estimate. We had a short time frame as we had guests coming for the Memorial Day weekend, and the awning is right by the pool. Despite a heavy work load, Jeff and his lead installer on our job Alex got the job done with a couple of days to spare. Excellent response time, friendly personnel, and a quality job. This is my awning company for life!

Very happy with Austin American Awning for replacing 2 awnings. The quality of the awnings

Austin Awning is awesome. I work a lot with builders, sign people and etc. I was very impressed with the speed, quality and cost effectiveness of their work. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need a Canopy call them first.

Thomas, the sales rep, was extremely conscientious and focused on my awning needs. He went out of his way to help me find gutters that I needed with project. The awning is fantastic and the guys that installed it were efficient and skilled. Highly recommend this company. No problems at all!!

Don't waste not one second of your time with these guys. They will NEVER get back with you. You have a better chance of planting awning seeds and growing an awning than getting an awning from these guys.

These guys are awful. Have scheduled three appointments and each time they have either not showed up or upon calling said "uhh that ain't gonna happen today".

Just a heads up I've called this place 2-3x in the past couple months and they don't return calls. I have a simple awning job I thought I'd give them a try with and apparently their salespeople screen their leads and must not feel my job was worth their time to return a call? Who knows. How can you trust a business with larger projects if they can't follow up on something simple? Hopefully the owner reads yelp and decides to make some changes.
