We hired Swift Home Renovations to replace damaged wood, re-stain our deck and porch and paint exterior doors, trim, posts, railings etc. They were amazing! When Emerich came to give us an estimate he was sure to understand what we wanted and even offered options to save us money! The guys that came to do the work were professional and thorough... going back for touch-ups where needed. Our house looks better than new! I highly recommend Swift for any of your painting or home repair needs!! We are happy customers!!

Swift Renovations exceeded my expectations. They contacted me at a time when I was throughly disappointed with the other painting companies out there who were scheduled to paint my house, but never showed up. Two of the most known painting companies to be exact.
Emerich scheduled a time to meet for an estimate, showed up on time, and was the consummate professional from start to finish.
My painting request was quite challenging (black rooms) and I couldn’t be happier. The rooms are beautiful!!!! Best of all Swift Renovations was very reasonable. Forget the rest of the painting companies out

Everything was fantastic from the initial sales call to waving goodbye, a satisfied customer. Their communication was great, the price was right, and the work was stellar. We had several rooms painted, each with very high ceilings, and (one of them painted black), and the job turned out perfect. Swift fixed several cracks in the drywall due to settling, painted the walls to perfection, and cleaned up to where we didn't know anyone was even here. My experience with Mauricio and everyone at Swift was great. We had an old deck removed and a new deck with a screen room built by Swift. They worked with us from day one talking to us and understanding our vision. They suggested ideas where necessary but their first priority was to make sure the final product was what we wanted. They were very timely and efficient. The work site was clean and tidy at the end of each work day. They communicate well and are very professional.

Swift Home Renovations were awesome responding to our inquiry into replacing our worn out deck. They were great to work with. They are a company that follow through on what they say. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The company secured the building permit for our new deck build and was on time and consistent throughout the entire process. Swift Home Renovations replaced my deck years ago. Because we loved the work they did and the great price, we called them to get my father's house ready for sale. They were able to come in and give me an excellent price and then fit me into their schedule so that we didn't have to wait to get the house to market. My father had left multiple fastener holes in the walls when he moved out. Swift came in and patched each and every hole to where the walls look like new. Their crew was very respectful of the property and were very nice when we were also there working on the house. I highly recommend

We chose Swift Home Renovations on the strength of the positive reviews they had on Google, and we are happy to be able to add our own good review. We hired them to replace our front stairway and rear deck, replace rotten wooden siding, and paint the entire exterior of our house. Their price was competitive, their crews were exceptionally hard working, and we were very happy with the final product. Based on the project they completed for us, we would hire them again in the future.
