Born in the Florida panhandle and raised in the business, Brandon Arnett has spent his entire life in and around the septic industry. At 16 years old Brandon took his first job working for his uncle's septic company. Over the next decade he learned every skill of the trade and the professionalism and integrity essential to operating a successful family owned company.

I have all girls in my house. I needed my septic tank pumped out and it was a emergency and you guessed it on a Saturday. I called and within 1 1/2 they were there. Luke came out and I can’t say enough about how polite and hard working he and his helper were. Got it done quickly and cleaned up. I was 1000% satisfied and highly recommend them.

He sent a crew out in the rain to replace my septic pump and they did a superb job!
They took time to explain how the process was going to go and left my property the same way they found it!
It pays to do quality work for your customers and I believe in giving accolades when merited.

I won’t call anyone else for septic service after using them. Brandon was helpful to the extreme. First, they came out on a Sunday to pump our tank. Second, after pumping the tank wasn’t going to resolve the issue, I wanted to do something that would have been quite expensive. Instead of just agreeing with me and taking my money, Brandon took the time to figure out the actual problem (which was relatively minor in comparison to what I wanted to do) and then even explained to me how to fix it myself. Class act.

I could not be happier with the Chelsea crew of Arnett Environmental. They were here today when the main office said they would be, used extra hose to avoid driving on the lawn, cleaned the tank thoroughly, explained how the system works, took payment in the driveway, and gave me tips on how to keep the system working great. I will definitely be a repeat customer for my next scheduled maintenance.

The service and staff were amazing!!!. They walked me through what they were doing and didn’t mind answering any questions or me standing out there with them.
