Clear Cut Came out and replaced the glass in 2 of my home windows. From the gentleman that scheduled the initial measurement to the installer that came out, they were all very friendly and willing to work around my busy schedule. Clear Cut Glass has replaced my windshield more than once and their service is always outstanding. They always call me the same day that they receive the request from my insurance agent and set up the appointment with me in the same call. They send me a text the day before the appointment with details about what expect and the day of the appointment, the tech calls me when he is on his way and calls me when he is done. He is always so fast and does a fantastic job.

State Farm sent them out to replace my front wind shield. From the initial call to set up the appointment to when the tech finished putting in the wind shield did not have any problems. The tech that came out was great he told me what he was going to do he would make sure my lane sensors was set up correctly. He did exactly that. I would use them again. Thank you very much

My insurance company referred me to them and they were excellent! The booking and insurance process for the glass claim was easy and they took care of everything. They were communicative with scheduling and came out to our house to fix both vehicles at the same time and did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again!

This business, is horrible. State Farm, had sent them out to replace a cracked windshield. The entire process was botched. To start out, the 'technician', did not remove the wiper arms or bottom cowling, something I know is a critical, imperative step in a windshield replacement. He then 'forced' the windshield out from inside the vehicle, to the point he was rocking the vehicle in the force he used to 'pop' the windshield out. This without question, damaged the cowling, leaving it quite 'rippled'. The 'technician', did point this out upon completion, but tried to claim it was already like that

I had contacted my insurance company after a crack in my windshield happened and was splitting fast. Clear Cut was recommended and I was able to set an appointment fast. Dan came to my house and was so friendly. He quickly noticed that not only was my windshield cracked, but where it originated other parts connecting to window/plastic area was also damaged. He advices he could fix just windshield, but these items could cause issues later. I opted to not have it fixed until we heard back from our insurance to see if they'd approve extra parts. I had a crack in my windshield and my insurance company gave me a few options of glass companies. The first company I called never called back so I went with Clear Cut Glass and I am SO glad I did. From the time I entered the door until I left, the customer service was outstanding. The facility itself is beautiful which made it so comfortable to wait for my windshield replacement. Clear cut glass was recommended by my insurance company, but I'll use them again for future reference regardless of my insurance being involved. The customer service is super friendly! On the day of my appointment the technician let me know he was on his way which was really nice, and the install itself didn't take long at all. This is the place to go for anything glass related. I had a crack in my windshield and called Clear Cut Glass right away. They reached out to my insurance company, got the claim filed, and set everything up for the repair. I stopped in, as their office was close to me that day, and they had me in and out within 10 minutes. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The quality of their work is poor, the process to complete the two mirrors took almost 2 months, the mirrors we received have several flaws, not to mention the glass they left all over my house causing my wife to slice her foot open. They inappropriately charged my credit card for the full amount after a manager called me saying my wife's foot was a little scratch. I highly recommend you stay away from this company, they don't stand behind their work and they don't value the safety of their customers.

Everyone was nice enough. I broke my kitchen window and had a few other windows that had seals broken and water got in between the panes making them all cloudy and gross... I had them come out to measure the windows so that they could replace them. Guy came out the next day to do the measurements. He was awesome.

Insurance referral; To replace 3 house windows. First appt we missed. Their rep called and said that their tech had measured one of the windows. We resch on Apr 17 for April 20 an 8 am - 12 window. I talked to the girl for 4 minutes when I resch the appt. April 20 I called the company at 11:45 to ask where the tech was as I had not had a 30 minute call.
