In 1983, JH Spain was founded in Concord New, Hampshire by Joseph H. (Joe) Spain. While a great many things have changed since then, the core values on which Joe founded the company remain steadfast and still drive us today. From the very beginning, we have developed strong and lasting relationships throughout the community and have maintained a reputation of high-quality work delivered with professionalism, on time and on budget.

We're grateful for the privilege to serve clients in the central New Hampshire region for over 35 years, completing projects that range from large-scale commercial fit-ups, developing & constructing condominiums & residential neighborhoods to building ground up commercial projects.
