Services
Our crew will arrive at your home on the day of installation. They will tarp off all the bushes and plants to ensure they are not damaged. All existing shingles and roofing materials will be removed including the felt to expose the wood decking. Once everything is removed, the decking will be thoroughly inspected for any rotting.

I rarely ever post a review of any company, but after experiencing the replacement of my roof through Trio Roofing and Construction, I feel compelled to share about my own experience. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong emphasis of customer satisfaction. Dustin was extremely helpful in getting Allstate (the worst insurance company, probably tied with State Farm) for approving a roof claim based upon hail damage) to approve our claim......in fact, I tried submitting a claim, unsuccessfully, a few weeks ago using another popular roofing company

Great experience with Phil the owner and the TRiO team. From the beginning to the end we were very impressed with the entire process.
Phil and a member of his team, met with my husband and I to present all the roof options, along with sharing some examples/photos of previous roof replacements. They were very detailed with there presentation and super knowledgeable.We had discussed roof replacements with several other companies and no one was as detailed and knowledgeable as Phil and his team.
