We have been a customer for a long time.Our latest experience has been with this company reseeding and aerating our yard. The job they did was exceptional. I am not your ordinary customer. My background is agricultural in nature and I recognize excellent and mediocre. Their work was excetional and we have had other companies do this before but not to the degree that was done. Good quality? How about exceptional. For starters, we have the best lawn on the street thanks to their excellent service. Their technicians always show up on schedule, are courteous and thorough. The office sent out a technician with insecticide the next morning when army worms attacked the lawn.

I decided using them from a recommendation of a longtime friend whose yard looks like a golf course. I contacted them on-line and they replied instantly considering most companies of any kind do not reply back at all. When I did call them Michelle was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge. The price I got for the 1/3 acre yard was very reasonable and I was able to pay for the whole year up front. After the sign was put in my yard following first application three people from the neighborhood came by to say they also use you folks and that I made a great choice. That was very reassuring

Just cancelled our service with Lawn Cure. We had used them once before but switched away due to pricing and odd scheduling. They came a few years later with better pricing, which we accepted. We then decided to have them aerate and over-seed our lawn, which led to numerous communications issues. I could go into details, but I'm not going to hash it out here. Suffice to say that it was not good customer service and we never got the simple coordination we were asking for. If Lawn Cure management reads this, know that all we really wanted was for you to communicate verbally and to provide the advice

After reading previous reviews, I understand the reviewers frustration. My review would be 3.5 if that was an option.
I've been using Lawn Cure for a few years this time around. I did use them many years ago and experienced some problems so I quit them.
This time around, I'm fairly pleased with their service. I have had a couple minor problems, but when I call the office to explain my concerns, they come right out and address the problem.
I can say after a couple years of treatments, my lawn has improved greatly.
Lawn Cure treatments are only as good as the employee applying the treatment

I've been a Lawn Cure customer for many years and have always been most please with the way you make my lawn shine as well as the excellent service you give your customers. As you know we moved to a new home last year and I wanted to have a lawn grown from seed not sod. We started from nothing but in less than one year I have the most beautiful lawn in our neighbor. You directed me with every step to take and then followed the advice with performance. My wife and I have always taken pride in our lawn and Lawn Cure has always delivered. You folks are the only lawn care service we will every use

Is this a get off my lawn moment or just an unnecessary aggravation that could be avoided and was created by Lawn Cure. For the second time in a matter of weeks Lawn Cure treated my neighbors yard and has left my driveway covered with a granular treatment of some sort. My main concern is possible damage to my driveway if this isn't cleared off. When did it become my job to handle Lawn Cure's short comings.
