The Ledge Creek Management Team is a collection of experienced professionals that are leaders in the construction community. We live where we work. Co-Founder of Ledge Creek Development in 1994. He has over 35 years in construction and site development, specializing in business management. Chris is reponsible for coordinating our restoration business.

Construction Management has developed into a leading method of project delivery and Ledge Creek is equipped to provide a full range of Construction Management services as both a Construction Management Advisor and Constructor. Our experience allows to work closely with the owner and the architect from project conception through approvals, bidding and construction.
Our management staff is experienced in leading clients through the potentially complicated process of project execution. Hiring the assistance of a construction professional provides owners a level of comfort and understanding throughout this process. The Ledge Creek staff have been responsible for over 1,000,000 SF of interior construction and tenant improvements. Ledge Creek Development is incompetent and only concerned with making a profit. In the summer of '15, they dug up a plot of the grass in front of my home and left behind a mess. My neighbor and I approached the employees, and they told us they would be followed by a landscape crew that never came. Over the next two months, I left several voicemails that were never returned. As the summer draws to a close, I am disheartened to learn that they have done this in many neighborhoods of Buffalo.
