Stonemeyer Granite Countertops & Flooring

Cannot recommend this group for remodels. They require a 75% up front payment which is not market with no flexibility with the sales representatives. The whole time while they have the ability to lien your property if you do not pay. Take your business elsewhere.

We used Stonemeyer Granite to install our kitchen counter. The first counter they installed had a large cosmetic flaw, so they came to replace it for us. The second counter they installed had scratches and chips in it, so they came to replace it again. The third counter (that we have now) was installed with a very flawed area toward the front with lots of small punctures (pictured last). We kept this one, as we had little faith after three attempts that it would be done correctly a fourth time, and we felt the additional wear and tear on our under-mount sink and cabinets may be too much. The office staff here needs some training on being transparent and following through on customer service and questions. I booked my counters, paid my deposit, and was told two week install. However my representative told me “he will check with his manger about moving it up sooner, and call me back.”. I have to chase them. Their counter installer crew comes and makes their template. I’m waiting on a call to tell me when my counters are set to be installed. I had to call them a day or two later to find out when counters are installed.

Needed help with repair and Sonemeyer was GREAT to work with. They not only reattached Granite that was poorly installed by prior owner but reshaped the stone to make seams disappear. I plan to use Stonemeyer to do additional work in our bathroom. Would recommend to a friend. Thanks for your help Matthew!

Installed new granite in the kitchen and quartz in the bathrooms. Stopped in without an appointment and received great help and recommendations. They helped me stay (almost) within my budget. Good selection at my price point. Arrived to install on the exact date promised and installation was very professional. Bought the sinks from them too and they look really nice! Love the end result. Highly recommend!
(Also it's nice to have a local resource for granite nearby.)

They did a really nice job on one of our bathroom countertops. Great price, great people. The installers took lots of time to locate the sink and faucet holes exactly where we wanted it. Excellent attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We'll definitely use them again.
