I do not recommend seven D industries windows ..we have a new construction home and this is the first winter for the windows.. contacted them in November when window would not close.. that had many excuses why they could not send anyone out to look at why we are having this problem.. also Eliot will never answer phone calls or return phone calls.. i have just received a email stating that room temp and cold window will cause water and ice.. I think that we need to focus on the first problem of getting the window latched..

Thanks to my new Seven D windows, my furnace runs constantly and my house is freezing. My casement windows do not close. They are bowed. The lock mechanism can not engage. Customer service and communication has been horrendous. They sent the wrong size windows three times, which was a nightmare to coordinate during the build. The screens are shoddy compared to the Simonton windows we had previously purchased. Wish we would have stuck with Simonton but a middle man had convinced us to go with Seven D.
