While they provided a detailed quote and checked all my boxes for things like no subcontractors, obtain the permit and NOC, provide a warranty and register the warranty, etc., where they fail miserably is their 3 pages of legal disclaimers that in effect, put all liability on the homeowner and none on Galloway Roofing. For example, and a HUGE red flag, is the homeowner must agree to giving up their rights under Florida Statute 489.126. There are many other rights the homeowner must agree to give up putting the entire burden of ANYTHING that goes wrong, on the homeowner. If an issue needs litigation

Suffered roof and ceiling damages from Tropical Storm ETA when water entered under shingles during heavy winds. Edison insurance refused to pay my claim "because no shingles were missing". The steps I took by applying Flex Seal to minimize further water damages they attributed to previous repairs. I shopped for 5 estimates and Dave from Galloway was the most reasonable. The other competitors all wanted to replace my 13 year old roof when only the roof valley needed repairs. Galloway will always have my business.

This is truly an exceptional roofing company. I sustained a roof leak during Tropical Storm Eta. I completed at least five (5) estimates and Dave from Galloway was the only one who was honest to say my existing 13.5 year old roof still had life and the damage could be repaired at what I deemed a fair price. The other roofing competitors all wanted to sell me on installing a new roof. The installers arrived on time, were professional in all phases of their craft, and were more than happy to answer any questions that I had.

I had a Tilcor metal roof installed, and every crew that came here was great. They worked very hard and cleaned up daily. Ricky Hall and others helped educate our whole community about metal roofs. The roof is beautiful! Very positive experience. They went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with every detail.
