My garbage disposal was leaking. I requested the disposal be removed. Andrew did a wonderful job. He was on time, and did exactly what I requested. He was so polite and professional. I would not hesitate to call Lay’s Plumbing again. Also, he was highly recommended by a neighbor.

We had an emergency sewer issue yesterday and Joe Lay and Sons dispatched Andrew. He was fantastic. He got to the root cause of the issue fixed it and went above and beyond explaining what the cause was and how to prevent it in the future. If I could give 6 stars I would. Great Job!!!

Andrew came to replace our toilet through American Home Shield. He arrived first thing in the morning and put in a new toilet. Unfortunately, after it was installed we noticed it was not the tall height that we had. He went and got the correct toilet and put the second one in. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and his friendliness doing the job. We would definitely use Joe Lay and Sons Plumbing again.

This company and their employees have gone above and beyond their job to get me answers I need about my lines. They are very honest and very thorough. I've had them at my house twice and both times not only were they professional but go beyond that to help their customers. I will never use another company but them. No matter how big or small the job. Also I want to point out their employee Ed has been amazing and kudos to Donnie for all his hard work.

I had to have a water heater replaced and I called Joe Lay & Sons and they were immediately on top of handling my situation.
I called them after 5pm, an answering service took my call, I thought that was all I would hear from them that night. But I got a call back within minutes of hanging up by a gentleman named Daniel. He understood that time was of the essence so Daniel asked me to text him pics of the water heater. He was able to get everything he needed over the phone so I did not have to have guys come out multiple times to assess and provide quotes, then grab leave to get the correct equipment

Last night we had our disposal just stop working. I called this morning to schedule an apt., and their team was able to get someone routed over within 3 hours of my call! Blake arrived on time, and was just awesome to work with. He was able to quickly assess the issue, and within minutes he had us back up and running! Blake was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what had caused the issue.
