We had ProSparkle come out to help us with a rental that had just been vacated.
Scheduling was quick and easy, and one of the few places that actually could come out on shorter notice. (maybe that was a red flag)
A couple days later when they were scheduled to arrive I got a text saying they needed to reschedule to the next day, no problem everyone is having employee issues at the moment.
The next day they did show up and I guess were there for 2 hours.
The house is pretty nice and was left in good clean condition, but we like to deep clean in between tenants and keep the place spotless, we

The cleaners were very nice, professional & friendly! I originally requested deep cleaning services for a move in, which included cleaning cabinets & baseboards.
The service that was performed seemed more of a general surface level housekeeping, which wasn’t bad, just not what I requested. The cleaners only took about an hour, probably because the cabinets weren’t cleaned. Therefore, I was still charged $140, which is the minimum, but I failed to receive the full “deep cleaning” service. Once the ladies were finished they left and didn’t say anything about being complete. So I came from

They preformed a move out clean for me. I told the rep on the phone that I would at max pay for 2hrs. Of work and asked that they follow a list of items to clean. They deviated from the list and followed the realtors order not mine despite me being the one paying. Very unhappy. Lesson learned look at the yelp reviews! This company is utterly unprofessional.

My partner & I recently used Pro sparkle for a deep clean of our apartment and had a very positive experience.
The business owner, Jason, is a class act and was very professional and helpful when it came to scheduling & paying for the service.
We did have a slight issue during the clean, but Jason was responsive, understanding, and quick to resolve.
Overall we would use them again & are happy to support a quality run company.

This company is despicable. I requested a deep cleaning on my home. In which 2 hours was spent barely surface cleaning. I was then met with excuses and given attitude when explaining to the supervisor that this was completely unacceptable and that I did not feel like I should have to pay for 2 hours of service when barely anything was done. The supervisor proceeded to yell and raise his voice at me, very unprofessional. I will NEVER use their service again. And they should be ashamed to call themselves a cleaning company. If I could give negative stars I would.

Pro Sparkle came yesterday to clean our 40 plus 1960’s windows, including storms. They were awesome! On time, extremely capable, problem solvers and a great team effort. I’m so thankful for my clean sparkly windows! Highly recommend!!

Really bad experience with this cleaner. Seemed professional at first, but then I had two no call, no shows after I cancelled appointments to be on location for them. I continually tried to reach out to get a response and after a week and a half they finally responded. They came out and looked at the building and said they couldn't do the job. Two weeks worth of time of time wasted.
