I contracted with Gutter Helmet to install gutters on my 100+ yr old home. Unlike Thier competitor that wanted to rip out the facia, Gutter Helmet had a solution to get around the molding. They did a fantastic job a nd we're very professional. The installers we're very efficient and had knowledge to deal with the problems associated with an older home. Cleanup was very thorough and even removed remnants of a old gutter laying on the ground. All in all, I paid a good price, received quality product. I would highly recommend Gutter Helmet to anyone thinking about gutters.

Absolutely awful!! We had this company come and give us an estimate for all new gutters, front and back, to go with our brand new roof installed one month earlier. Mitchell showed up and I explained clearly we wanted new gutters. At no time did he discuss leaving up the old gutter in the back which is 25 years old. They showed up and installed the gutters in front and back garage only, connected our systems by putting an elbow on the top section to pour out onto our new roof down to the lower, total incompetence. Super frustrating experience! They do not get on a ladder and measure. Gutter does not fit against our home. Now water is leaking down my house, never had this issue before. They will not take any responsibility for not measuring and installing properly. They also returned to my property without telling me and left me a note to install a diverter,costing me more money after spending $5000! If you have a custom home definitely do not use this company! Also I should have refused the customer survey they make you awkwardly fill out in front of the installers. Keep searching this is not the company

This was a horrible experience. Had an initial evaluation for estimate for full gutter replacement on 8/26/2021 with Mitchell Mendelson. The cost 2620.00. At no time did he discuss using old gutters on part of the second story of our house. WE WERE CLEAR WE WANTED NEW GUTTERS and expected that. Our old gutters on the front of the house second story had a 12ft gutter. It was replaced with a 5ft gutter. We waited for the install till October 5th. When I came home the back drain spout gutter was 8 feet long blocking sidewalk. The front of the house downspout was sticking out

I called them up asking for assistant a few months after the purchase of our home, the gutterhelmet system is broken and causing damage to my house. Larry on the phone told me they can "fix and clean the gutters" after I transfer ownership of the warranty from the previous owners. This costed me $150 to "transfer warranty". I sent in the check and the forms to them.

What a sham! Had our windows done back in 2007 when they were Huff N Puff, the salesman talked us out of choosing Anderson windows, went with "triple pane" Corelle windows instead. Being a first time home buyer, of course we believe him ( my mistake!).. and $12,000 later, not even 10 years our windows films were peeling off.. called customer service because we have 50 years warranty on the windows, and was told that oh, nothing we can do.. company went out of business so you can go somewhere else to fix the glass..

The sales and installation processes were flawless. Mitch sold us exactly what we needed. Anthony & Derek installed gutters downspouts & gutter helmet and left my property cleaner than when they arrived.. The office staff were a bit hard to reach and slow to return calls to clear up my concerns on install date. Need to take customer service lessons from sales and installation.

I am not happy with the installation of the Gutter Helmet - and certainly not for the money I paid Huff n Puff for the installation. At NO time during the sales process or during the installation itself was it explained that the gutter shields could (or would) have to be installed ABOVE the shingles and screwed directly DIRECTLY into the roof shingles.
During the sales presentation, the gutter shields were shown as being screwed into the roof after being placed UNDER a row of shingles for protection.

Made the mistake of not looking them up on yelp or elsewhere before we hired them. Basically, we hired them to our new gutters on our house. They had a concern about the facia, but after inspecting it TWICE determined no repair needed to be made. They also quoted us $200 if anything had to be repaired, but again they said it didn't.
Flash forward just a week later to the first snowfall, and the gutter is hanging off our house. After calling them 5 times to get someone out to take a look, they changed their mind on the facia and all of the sudden it was $700 to repair it, which they said was

If I had been able to rate with no stars,

It has been nightmare.
My old gutters worked better than the New ones, installed by Huff n Puff after Almost $ 5000 .
I am at my wits end .
First they were pitched wrong and multiple downspouts weren't even getting water in them , as all the water was flowing off the ends and areas that were hanging improperly .
They made a firm appointment with me to address this issue .
The service provider never showed up , not even a call .
Loosing a day of work myself having to be home for the appointment.

My review is based upon the performance of the gutter-guard and heat/cable system I purchased. I have alot of roof, and gutter-cleanouts was not only a huge pain, but very dangerous. In addition, icing up/icicles was a big problem for us. Warning: this product and install was not cheap! However, the install was done well, and the product has performed splendidly as I had hoped, so I am very pleased! One other caveat; with the heat cable system, the company will not connect for you. They gave me the name of some electrician who purportedly was "experienced" with this systems

We scheduled an estimate for a front door installation after meeting a rep from this company at an event in Troy.
While the salesman they sent was very nice, prompt and polite, he did not even attempt to work within our budget. In fact, he never asked our budget, nor did he let us know the different pricing levels of product. We have had such bad service from this company, We ordered $10,000 worth of windows (just 8 Windows). The Sales person puts high pressure that the price is no longer valid after he leaves.
We order, the installer installed the windows and the were not the correct color, and they did not wrap molding like they said they would. The color does not match the rest of our house . What followed was 3 months of them saying the would fix it and never did.

I find it hard to believe there are no reviews on this place. They were probably removed because after my parents incident, we have heard nothing but bad reports on this company.
