On June 24, 2021, I contacted Window World for an estimate for seven windows and one sliding door for my home. The salesperson, Cameron Hinojo, completed the contract to order the windows on the same date. He stated I would receive the windows anytime between October 24, 2021, to November 24, 2021, even though the contract states it's an approximation date. I have been texting the salesperson to see when the windows are going to be installed. He stated whenever they will get the order, they will contact me. There was no specific date as far as when the installation of the windows would be installed

Amazing work, amazing customer service!
Our windows and sliding doors look so clean. We would absolutely use them again. I love that my bathroom windows can be slid up or down for added privacy. Some of my windows unlock and come down inside for easy cleaning.
We had a garden window redone as well. Other local window companies were not able to replace this window. It is a large job! They did an amazing job! You should know that a garden window is more expensive as well. They will also have to modify your counter tops to put it in so wait to get new ones after. I almost didn't get my garden window

The experience was great overall. We basically replaced our entire house windows (8) and sliding doors (2) and I’m very happy with what the window world did. They explained why they are recommending certain windows, which was all true (my house is ~ 80 degrees on a 93 degrees day without turning on the AC), and the price was lower than some of the other quotes that I received from other companies. And they made sure they finish installing all of my windows and sliding doors in ~ 6 hours, which was nice.

Cameron was my salesperson. He did a great job. I recommended my dad to this company. They were the best price in town. My four star review is because they broke the stucco on my house, although the manager did say they’d come out to repair it. Overall I’m happy with my windows. Thanks guys!

I am so happy with my new windows! From the initial consultation to the installation, everything was so smooth. I appreciate that Cameron was very up front about the cost and what we were quoted was what we paid (which was quite similar to the sample prices advertised in their flyer). They windows are excellent quality and look beautiful. We have already noticed a difference in the house staying cooler (we had then installed right at the beginning of summer). The install was very professional and quick (we had 8 windows plus a slider replaced in about half a day). Overall very happy with the experience

The best investment ever and thrilled about our new Windows on my rental and residential home. Prior to the installation we were never able to use our slider and with our new slider we are enjoying it so much. The new windows have reduced the outside traffic noise immensely. I want to thank Window World, Cameron (the best) and the installers, Fernando and his crew for a terrific and immaculate job well done. I recommended Window World to my cousin. Window World did his installation and he too is pleased and with their new windows. I highly recommend Window World! They’re the best!
