We receive a call from this company. My husband said we wanted a estimate on siding. They set up an appointment. This company called back and wanted to know if I was going to be there, my husband said no because I have to go somewhere for that time frame and he didn't see the need for me to be there. My husband said just cancel the appointment, that is when the person changed the appointment time to be acceptable to all of us. We got an appointment and the gentleman came out he did present a the verbal estimate. My husband said please give us a written estimate. To this date we have not received

John came to our home to discuss window installation. He was a PLEASURE. I would have been an easy sale. He asked me what I expected to pay. I told him. He could have easily sold me lesser quality replacement windows for the price I was looking to spend. He politely asked me if I wanted to learn about replacement windows. He was amazing. This guy loves his job; believes in his product and his company. He is enthusiastic, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I plan to refer John and Vista to my son for his bathroom update in the near future. Very positive experience. I highly recommend

Requested a quote for window replacement. Scheduled an appointment and provided information to the coordinator and when asked if my husband would also attend the consultation I said he would be in and out of the meeting. We both WFH at the same company and it’s difficult to get shared hours off together. I scheduled the appt for a day I scheduled off. The day before the consult I got a call from a sales rep for additional information. She then repeatedly asked why my husband couldn’t attend and that it was policy that we both be present. She then tried rescheduling for an evening or weekend

As our work has not yet begun, this review will concentrate on the sales aspect of home improvements. I initially contacted Vista after realizing they were a preferred vendor for BJ's . The salesman who came to our home was Stone Oliver. The last thing I wanted was an all night presentation on windows, I just wanted the bottom line - but he made the visit painless. The presentation he made was one of the things that endeared me to this company. I have never seen an employee work so hard for a customer while representing a company so well. My initial consult was for windows but while working one

Vista Home Improvement was exceptionally easy to work with and the service from the initial contact with the sale rep to the installers was beyond expectation. They were in contact with us about the date of install as well as helpful with us ordering the hardware and other items for the remodel.The work took two days as there was some plumbing issues that they had to address. They office staff was also in contact with us to be sure we were satisfied and all went well.
