B. C. Fence did a very good job for us. They replaced all the cedar privacy fence around the house, including a long side down our corner lot (I'm sure the neighbors appreciated our very old fence being gone). They also replaced
a broken post in the back yard fence. Prompt scheduling and fast work.

Pictures speak louder than words. Here's how my NEW fence with metal posts looks. I reported them to the BBB but they never responded and do not take responsibility for the terrible work. Holes in every metal post and the wood where they installed latches that would not open from the inside. They did change the latches but left holes in the metal and the wood. They refused to repair the damage. Live and learn. Buyer BEWARE!

This was the second time I used B C Fence. They arrived early, worked late and did a very professional job. The went over and above clearing away some overgrown bushes as the were building my fence. As I stated before, they built some fencing in the front of my house a few months ago and I liked what they did so much that I used them again. As is the nature of fencing, my neighbors were involved and they were responsive to their concerns as well. They cleaned up before they left and I am completely satisfied with the end result.

BC Fence just finished a fence install at our place and we are so pleased! They did beautiful work, and the crew was great. Besides doing a great job on the actual fence the crew was courteous, kind (they were very friendly with our neighbors who were hangin around with curiosity), and clean.
Kayla, the project manager was great to deal with. Kayla was on the job each day checking on progress and assuring things were done correctly. Kayla was also very responsive and answered all my questions during the estimating process.

We just purchased a house in Austin and I rescue dogs so we need a stable fence. I went on yelp and was impressed with the reviews with B.C. Fence so I decided to give them a call. On 10/12 Kayla came out and we walked the property. I just needed a fence to go down one side of my property on the driveway side and my neighbor next-door is going to split the cost of that side. I want it to look like my neighbors fence on the opposite side, 6' horizontal with a cap on top. I was also interested in getting a hog panel fence 4' just two sides because it will butt up against my neighbors

I highly recommend B.C. Fence for when you need to get your fence done! They have project managers who make the whole progress easily. Kayla was a great project manager. I highly recommend her! She walked me through everything that they were going to do with my fence and answer all my question in a timely manner with phone calls and text messages! They did everything that I asked for. Even got me in earlier then I expected and even on a Friday! They finished the fence super fast! They came to my house at 8am and finished the fence at 2pm. The fence and the new gate came out absolutely great!

We had a custom order to enclose our front porch with a metal fence with a puppy guard and a gate. They were prompt in responding to our request to send someone for an estimate. Kayla was the representative; she was personable and knowledgeable. Kayla patiently answered any questions and made suggestions to meet our needs. A year and half ago The owner Dusty came out to give me a bid on surrounding my entire property front and back with a beautiful corrugated metal fence with cedar trim
It's incredible!
Dusty brought out his diagramed plans with the municipal code that allows this fence in the front yard. This was useful because I had three complaints and code enforcement came by. I simply showed the sidewalk off-set requirement and height allowed. It worked perfectly
BC Fence did not ask for a deposit, the finished work efficiently and on time

Professional fence installation, thanks to intervention by Debbie in the office and Dusty in the field. Avoid Kenny, who was the original supervisor for our project. He attempted to allow his crew to do a sloppy and haphazard job, and was disrespectful when we complained about split boards, out-of-square and ragged cuts, and other unprofessional aspects of the original job. But upon calling the office, Debbie sent Dusty over, and he immediately agreed that the project looked pitifully unprofessional. Project manager, Kenny, and office manager were very good about scheduling a visit to evaluate the project. The initial site visit was set about a week away, which was further out than other bids, but I really liked the photos online for our hog wire fencing project. They came out and provided a written quote within 30 minutes, which was 1/3 less than another one we'd gotten. We decided to move forward with the project and they got us on the books about a week and a half out. Other contractors told us several weeks out or never returned bids to us. The contract and communication was very clear

Head a great experience getting our fence installed. BC has a competitive price using steel posts and 3 rails vs other other quotes that were wood posts and 2 rails. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and his crew was very professional, hardworking, efficient and tactical. We are pleased with the product.
One small gripe... they are definitely 5 star service don't get me wrong... but they could have done a better job cleaning up. They used our outdoor storage container as a picnic table and left it quite messy. But happy to overlook with the great fence product which was why we hired them

I have used 4 times for fence work. Last year, they added iron fencing around our pool and side yard...and it’s beautiful! When we decided we needed to add rails to our front porch, we called and they delivered! The price was very reasonable, they were timely, and the craftsmanship was superb. Vince saw our vision and made it come true. I highly recommend them!

Don't let them get you with the "ring shank galvanized" nail salesman talk! This is a low quality company.
Project manager will just drop off their workers and leave. I was unable to communicate with the workers due to language barrier so it was hard to call out issues.
Here's what you really get:
*A 1-1/2 hole for a 10 ft post.
*Treat regular concrete like fast-mix (no pre mixing)
*Use 1 nail per runner
*Use a low quality Japanese wood and not tell you the difference (this is why they are able to quote cheaper).
Meanwhile they don't stick around to monitor any of

We replaced an old wooden fence on our property with an iron fence so we could enjoy the green belt view behind us. We had several estimates from different fence companies and BC fencing came in at a reasonable rate, but most importantly seemed the most knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. Workers were on time, worked very quickly (out in the rain!) and we now have a beautiful fence that we love.

The week I was moving, my back gate latch broke! Kevin rearranged his schedule and was in my back yard welding on a new latch within 2 hours and charged me $50 less than a competitor's quote. Then he went above and beyond and checked our new house gates to make sure they met pool codes! I can't thank him and B.C. Fence enough

We had a tough time getting a response from several fence companies and Kevin from BC Fence provided fair pricing and answered my questions immediately. He was able to get a crew out the following week. We added some chain link fence demo on at the last minute and his pricing was fair. They did the demo and 30 LF of horizontal slat wood fence install within 2 hours. I'll definitely be calling them again if we need fencing work.

We had to replace over 400 feet of wood fencing, so I got a few different bids. I’m usually nervous with going with the absolute lowest bid, but I was impressed with Alfonso from the start. We couldn’t have made a better choice as Alfonso and his crew did an amazing job. As with any large project, there were a couple of hiccups, but those were handled quickly and professionally. I was most grateful for how Alfonso kept us constantly informed. He was readily available whenever we needed him. The fence looks beautiful! We definitely would use them again in a heartbeat.

Rain storms with winds earlier this year really did a number on my side fence. When the sun finally came to stay, I tried fixing the fence myself and realized its pretty bad. That's when I started to find a contractor to fix/replace my fence. I called 7 businesses and got excuses or no callback from 4. BC Fence was one that did call me back in a timely manner.
