In a nutshell, knowingly sold me a used defective refrigerator (under the guise scratch and ding) which never worked and when I called for help said I had to go to the manufacturer. Essentially fraud. Good luck if you do business with them.
Update: You have a good rating because you pay yelp! to bury your bad reviews.

Viking built-in fridge/freezer has been slowly dying...
First, ice maker problems, then cooling issues.
Called Mardey's & they came out the next day.
They diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in plain English so I could understand via phone as I wasn't there. Their explanation fit exactly with the series of events as well as what was seen in the freezer. They explained that a new part would have to be ordered that would fix the problem.
We ordered the part and when the part arrived they showed up on time as promised and replaced the part.
They were prompt, responsive

I was concerned about water leaking from ice maker in fridge. I found Mardys on line and they were in the area.
I called and a very professional person asked some questions and then gave me options the next day for an appointment. They confirmed via email and the tech- Lucas text me 30 min prior.

Update: appreciate the response, and adjusted the rate accordingly.
Friendly service. Technician missed the 4 hour time block, and when he arrived he looked at the model and I told him the issue, was there for about 3 minutes as I had already taken the back off to view the compressor. Told me it was the compressor, didn't do any tests other than internal temperature. Whole visit was less than 5 minutes, and cost me $79. Understand that they need to make money for the drive out, but seems steep and was already local. Could have payed a fee to diagnose over the phone for that price, seems like a

Mardey's arranged for a tech to look at my washer for the day after I called. They did what they said they were going to do. The tech was straight forward, gave me my options with no pressure, and was thorough as he could be. I think we have decided to just replace the washer instead of repairing it but I really appreciated the quick and thorough service.

Excellent experience! Easy communication and set up. Very reasonable rate for diagnosis. Tried contacting several other local companies, all of which said they don't repair microwaves, couldn't find the schematics, and all kinds of excuses. Vinny was here on time, was very professional, helpful and honest. He had no trouble finding the schematics and shared them with me in case I opted to replace this built-in unit (I'd need to know the cabinet cutout sizes, etc.). The other Yelpers had it right! These are great people to deal with !

I recently had an issue with my washing machine where the door wouldn't lock and as a result, I wasn't able to run the machine (kept giving me a DL or "door lock" error). I've never had issues with appliances before... so naturally, I had no idea who to call. I did a quick google search and found Mardey's. They sent out Darius and he quickly figured out the issue and promptly fixed the machine. The price was fair (far better then buying a new machine) and, again, Darius communicated when he would be there, what he was doing and gave me a great price prior to fixing

Two times they sent the same guy to my house who had no idea how to fix my dishwasher. They told me I needed an expensive part; then the guy didn't know how to put it in the second time he was here. So I asked for a refund and just bought a new dishwasher. " I have no idea what I'm doing," the guy told me. They still charged me $79 but couldn't fix the dishwasher.

Amazing every step of the way! My refrigerator wasn't working properly and I could tell by the sound that it was about to die. I called Mardey's and they were courteous and understanding and scheduled an appointment the same day, provided text message alerts to let me know when the technician was on the way and arrived on time. Vinnie was the technician and was awesome! He knew the problem right away, secured a very hard to find part as the original part was discontinued, explained the problem so we could understand it and came back the next day to install it. My refrigerator repair, was quick ,and efficient. Vinnie, was polite, professional, and I never had to wonder what was going on with this. Phone calls from the office advising of parts arriving, texting when they were on the way, even a phone call saying they might be a few minutes late. Absolutely will use them again if needed. There service was far superior too a warranty job from factory GE. No contact service, within 2 minutes of processing my CC, I had a detailed email with receipt that did not leave out any detail, from problem to parts.

What can I say about Mardey's and their tech Vinnie other than WOW! What a great company and the service was outstanding. Not only was it easy to make an appointment, but they also follow up with an email to confirm and to advise you when they are on their way.
They showed up when they said they would, explained to Vinnie what the issue was and he knew exactly what was wrong with our fridge and dishwasher. They order the parts and 3 days later Vinnie came a knocking and BINGO, fixed everything and even stuck around to make sure that both were working after running for a while. PLUS .. due

Don't call them. Repairman came and once said that needed a new electrical board. Over $500 plus shipping. Told him it would be better to buy a new washer. He did not checked for nothing else. He been doing these for over ten years and we needed to use he detergent. Acting very knowledgeable. Not! After he left checked the washer one more time. Plugged it to the outlet. And is working like new again. No electrical board or nothing. Don't know about the company but be careful with Roger F. For lacked of a better word he is not trustworthy. Be careful.

I sent in a request online and someone called me back almost immediately. I describe the problem I was having and someone came out the next day to diagnose the issue. The technician was so friendly and professional and immediately figured out what was wrong and got the part ordered. Last minute I need to add on an additional service and they did that without any problems. Both reasons for the visit were taken care of and I could not have been happier. They offer morning and afternoon appointments and they'll send a text message when they are on the way so you know to be home to let them in
