We just had our antique rug cleaned and repaired by Amir. He was extremely helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied! Now this rug that’s been in the family for 100 years will continue to live on thanks to the beautiful work done at this shop. I highly recommend them and will be back!!

I have worked with Hamid over the years to select rugs for 3 different houses. Hamid has such a great eye for color, he knows his inventory and has helped me make each home both beautiful and welcoming. He also great at working within my budget. With 3 dogs I regularly have my rugs clean at the Persian Rug Gallery to keep them fresh and in good condition. When they come back they are like new again!

With very large inventory of beautiful rugs to choose from, and a good range of price points, the owners are very informative while their sales approach remains low-pressure and patient. I had plenty of time to consider my purchase, and was able to view several rugs in my home before purchasing. I highly recommend this company.

First off, they are a family owned business and each person is SO knowledgeable about the rugs. Their store has a MASSIVE selection! You walk in and there are hundreds and hundreds of rugs. They all know the story and origin behind each rug. Each worker is so friendly too! They are willing to work with you to make you find a rug that you love! I appreciated how Hamid was very willing to work with us and find a rug that was in our budget too!
Secondly, the service is outstanding! They encouraged me to pick out multiple rugs

This fine rug company in Whitefish Bay and Brookfield is a high quality place. We have known Hamid for many years now, and he is our "go to guy" for help with Persian rugs, whether to clean and repair old ones we already owned, or to purchase new ones (small or large!) with expert advice. When we needed several old rugs cleaned and repaired, it was comforting to have him personally arrive at our door, advise us, have his father do hand-repairs at their store, and then have the rugs delivered back to us looking better than ever. After we moved to North Carolina recently, we went back to Milwaukee

I was looking for a rug for a meditation room. As I shopped online and in big box stores, I noticed that most of the rugs I liked had plastic in them. Some were made from 100% plastic, not something i want to sit on to do my practice. So, by chance, I stopped in here. I loved every rug in the store. The next day I returned but had a difficult time picking just one. I did manage to narrow it down to two of them. So, the following day, they brought both rugs over to see how they looked in my new space. One never left my house.

Amazing experience-I had a repair done by Persian Rug Gallery for a runner that had been snagged. They first came and cleaned the runner and then returned to sew and correct the snag. After hours and hours of a man sitting on the floor, literally hand sewing for hours, I ended with an outstanding piece of art work. What amazed me was the knowledge and the attention to detail. The lost art that Persian Rug Gallery was able to perform on my runner was beyond outstanding. Their customer service and follow up was also top notch.

He educated us on the various rugs and came out to our house so he could make suggestions for us.
