I needed new double payne glass in my 3' X 3' kitchen window replaced. Lots of problems happened over the six months of mistakes and 4 different attemps to get the correct glass before they finally got it done. It took way too long and the installer guy was frustrating and does not communicate nor apply putty very professionally. I will have to fix up the smeared putty on the glass myself. I will not be using this company again in the future.

If you need custom glass work, showers, or ornate doors done, you must check these guys out. This is the epitome of small company entrepreneurialism and customer service. Highly responsive principals in the company that have their hands on the business. All of their employees are engaged and pleasant. They responded to a very custom project that was probably outside of The Sweet Spot of their business. I needed a vintage windshield for a 1984 boat restored, with custom glass pieces. They did not hesitate to take my project and responded directly to me. They have been wonderful!
