Petersen Septic Systems

Our pump went out for our mound system. Petersen was the 2nd company I called, but wish they would have been the first. The first company wasted my time, didn't listen to the issue and came a day later to only say they couldn't do it. Petersen did their homework first and then came to service our system. They came quickly and were very friendly. Only thing is make sure you open your pocket book. They are not the cheap guys on the block.

Dave is absolutely wonderful. Not only was he the only one to return our calls about having a riser installed, but made time to get it done for us in between jobs. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and spent time explaining different situations/solutions to us.

Although our need was relatively minor compared to other septic issues, Dave still responded to our request quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be calling him for future septic work, if needed.

I needed a new septic pump and i called a couple different companies. After 1 didnt return a phone call after 3 days and another saying they were too busy i gave Petersen a call. Best decision ever! I am sorry i didnt call them first! He did his research on my area and kept in contact with me and came out as soon as he could. I had a leak that started in my yard from my septic tank. Initially we were unsure exactly what the cause was so I called Petersen Septic to see what they suggested the next step should be. They suggested we keep an eye on the problem and see if it persisted since there was no back ups or signs of problems within the house. That coming weekend I did some investigating and realized where the leak was and texted pictures. This was on a Sunday and the very next day they were on-site digging up the issue and repairing the blocked pipe. They arranged the pump truck to come and sorted out everything

In 2018, we found that we had a need to replace our entire septic system, primarily on account that our current system was outlawed and outdated. Specifically, we had a "seep well" or "cistern" style system with no leech field.
We contacted Dave Petersen of Petersen Septic and could not have been happier. Dave returned all texts and calls and answered all our many questions. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Ultimately, Dave not only had to create a new leech field in the side of a steep hill, install a new tank, and do all the plumbing – he also had to fill-in and dismantle

Petersen septic systems has wonderful customer service! David came out the same day we had a problem with our holding tank. He coordinated work with another company and got us up and running by the end of the day. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Will definitely use them again
