I really hate doing this but I feel obligated to do so. Chad is the owner of this business and is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Our previous experience was poor. Poor customer service, poor communication which led us to find a new pool company. Last year we called to have some work done for which he requested the money up front. This also included to fix a leak which was not fixed because it continues to leak. We also had a brand new pool pump installed on 05/2020 which shorted out yesterday. Unfortunately this led to contacting them regarding the pump because I

I bought a house 2 years ago, with an in-ground pool. I knew zero about maintenance, opening it up, and closing it down. Shaina was instrumental in getting me started with everything! Without her help, I probably would have just buried it, and started a vegetable garden. I have been to the store a dozen times over the last two years, and everyone is extremely professional, and knowledgeable. Even if it's something they are unsure of, they will make the effort to pass it on to someone that will know, and get back to you ASAP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Missed scheduled appointment. Service tech did not know what he was doing. Told tech I was going to call another pool service company, asked him to leave. Owner called me back up and swore at me many, many times. Told me I was swearing at his kid (service tech) which is untrue. Owner very rude, would NOT recommend for ANY pool product or service. First time I have used them, what a way to run a business.

Just had A Pro out to do a review of our 2005 Bullfrog. Having no prior experience (we just purchased the property) I was at a loss as to understanding the quality, lifespan, cleaning, etc. of our whirlpool. The gentleman that came out was highly professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions and provide options.

We absolutely love our Arctic Salt water spa! Chad is very knowledgeable on his spa's and helped us pick out the one that was right for us. Delivery and set up was awesome!! Our only "complaint" is that they are sometimes hard to get a hold of and don't always return calls in a timely fashion. That being said Chad is very helpful and great to work with. We would defiantly go back to them to purchase another spa if we ever needed to in the future.

We bought a hot tub from here in babe, and we absolutely love it! It was a great investment and we use it every day. We had a slight issue with the installation, but the owner made up for it by tossing in some free chemicals, the was customer service was great! We will continue to buy all of our hot tub supplies from this company. Very knowledgeable.

There are many options in the area for pool supplies and service. I have been a customer of A-Pro for many years and was reminded again yesterday why they are our pool store. We had been having trouble with our salt generator for our in ground pool. I left a note for the owner to contact me with questions on our generator. He contacted me right away and explained all my options and recommendations. I decided to purchase a new I Chlor system and my expectations were exceeded. The service tech came sooner than expected and did a great job of install and explaining operation. We have always been happy

Very unprofessional and rude. My appointment was cancelled twice. First for 'jury duty' and then 'family emergency'. When he finally came to property he looked around a little bit provided no useful information and then said I would be getting an invoice.
I received a charge for $186. This was apparently an 'inspection fee'. I was not aware I'd be charged this and didn't receive any kind of inspection report. My understanding was that he came out to bid on pool repair job.

1 star review is to much credit for this business. My mother-in-law needed chemicals to help balance a 16ft above ground pool. They sold her hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals she didn't need. One chemical would add chlorine and the other would get rid of it. They would not even test her water from a first fill, until she added a bunch of chemicals they sold her. I would avoid this place at all costs and do not believe a word they say. We have since went to another business for supplies and was told most of everything sold to her was not needed for her water quality.

I had a horrible experience with A Pro. Excuses, always excuses. Little to no support. If you want to buy an Arctic hot tub, call Premier in Chanhassen. Long way away from us but they know the tubs, provide lots of info and instruction and have a great tech!

August, and finally up and running 1st part of October. Of course, our fault because we were out of town a few times but no reason for us to be there. Just another excuse! Arctic Spa in Canada helped us.
