Jim at Conquest GBC is tops! He remodelled and expanded our new kitchen and we are thrilled with his work. Actually being in the pandemic was somewhat of a dream having our gorgeous new kitchen floors, beautiful large windows, stunning cabinetry and new appliances. Jim was hands on everyday. We almost think of him like family! 5 stars for Conquest GBC♥️

We've been fortunate in that Jim K. has done two projects for us. He constructed a 900sq/ft one bedroom detached granny-flat in the back. We moved later. He then constructed a massive backyard patio with a large steel pillars and it melded well with the existing architecture.
We are retired and V E R Y picky. If work isn't done the way that my wife and I like?...then fix it !!! I'm 65 and refuse to deal with the usual mediocrity. He answers his cell phone. Company owner=answers his phone...who does that!? He is interested in how the workmanship reflects on him.

We used Jim and his team for two remodels at our home and are very pleased with both. They completely redid our pool and pool deck. Work involved included demolishing and filling the old pool, building a new pool, deck, and veranda. The project turned out beautifully and the quality of the workmanship is really great. We haven’t had any issues 3 years later.
Just recently we completed a total remodel of the front our house. They replaced old stucco with siding, redid a very large paver driveway and two long retaining walls. The end result was exactly what we wanted and we are very happy with

Wow. That’s what I say each time I go into my backyard oasis or I’m cooking in my newly renovated kitchen. The team here went above and beyond and exceeded my wildest imaginations. As a first time home buyer they’ve given me an opportunity to take a home that needed more than just tlc, it needed love and they provided it. Now my house is complimented constantly, I love having people over, and best of all I have equity after having it reappraised. They were affordable, personable, and diligent with their quality of work being A-1 from Day 1.

Had the pleasure of working with them to repair my pool which had a crack at the bottom and some broken windows around the house that needed to be custom fit and made. My pool is looking better than I could have ever expected. I would highly recommend them for anything you need done around your house. They are responsive and respectful to my requests and were just an all around pleasure to work with.

Conquest is who you hire if you want your project done right! No cutting corners, costs up front before the work is done, and a neat and courteous crew. Not to mention Super talented. Marcos is incredible and Jim, the owner is so knowledgeable. We have used them for our home in Simi valley and even asked him to go to our vacation home in Big Bear to do a light remodel. The crew shows up when promised which is becoming more rare in construction these days. We were very happy with them from beginning to end!
