We provide written estimates and encourage you to check our references. Handyman PRO rates are $58.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. If your job is relatively small and it appears that it can be performed in 3-4 hours, it is best to work strictly in an hourly basis. For longer jobs we are happy to provide you with a written not to exceed estimate.
In partnership with Urban Corps of San Diego County, a certified conservation corps and charter school, we assist youth in becoming more employable by providing young adults with a high school education combined with job training and community service in the fields of conservation and recycling ( http://urbancorpssd.org ).

I do not recommend this company. I paid almost $60 assuming he would come the same day only for him to come out the next day for a serious problem and he came with no tools to assess my issue. He charged me for looking at it and told me the problem couldn't be solved today. I am super disappointed in the money I lost with this company. Please don't waste your money

Had a very good experience with George, the owner, and one of his window washing teams, German and his wife. George was very responsive and professional. His rates are very reasonable. German and his wife did a great job on the windows, inside and out, the screens and the tracks. They brought all their own equipment and wore masks the entire time. I would definitely use Dutch Touch Inc., again!

My husband and I were looking to have some work done on the outside of our home. We were skeptical at first with this company, being that their reviews on yelp were fairly low and the comments were not very good. We decided to give them a chance, being that they were local. For the work that was done, they are very overpriced! My husband and I were very displeased with the finishing work. We got in contact with the owner of this company and he was very rude, not willing to be understanding of what my husband and I asked for and still demanded the full cost. If I could, I would leave zero stars

The person who came did not have enough experience; he was looking perplexed, then asked that he needed help of 2nd person to fix problem; I did not feel confident about his capabilities to fix problem & therefore told him that I cannot let him proceed due to his inexperience; good part was he did not charge since he couldn't complete job.

I have a large property in RSF and it's hard finding a reliable and knowledgeable landscaping company that will go above and beyond to get things done. Found Dutch Touch and decided to try them out. They came in, diagnosed my irrigation and fixed everything to make it as efficient as possible. I ended up going with some landscaping suggestions they had, including installing a putting green in my backyard that I really like. Thanks guys, great job!

This was the most unprofessional service I've ever encountered. I tried scheduling a cleaning appointment two separate times. The first time, they no showed! I was still willing to give a second chance and set up another appointment. Bad idea. We went back and forth many times and the net, net...we never got it scheduled. Absolutely ridiculous. I talked with the main scheduler and then with management/owner George and this was my experience. I DO NOT recommend this service.

I was referred to this company from my contractor (I'm an interior designer). I needed a cleaning crew to clean up my own condo after some construction. After calling multiple times I finally got a hold of Giovanni and it seemed hopeful that we could set up a time and date for cleaning. However, it's been a week and I've called back every single day and left two voicemails- nothing. I've never had to chase a company down to try to take my business. Unfortunate- I had no choice but to book with another company.

I used this company to have a fence replaced and they did a beautiful job and took before and after photos as requested. The office manager Giovanni was very professional and quick to respond. This company was great to work with and I would highly recommend them they offer lots of services great for one stop shop!

Dutch Touch Inc. has been the worst company I have ever worked w/ - their only saving grace is their manager, Giovanni, as the owner, George, is horribly unprofessional and made my dealing with Dutch Touch a horrendous experience. I made an appt for move-out cleaning that was scheduled for 11:30am on Saturday. The manager, Giovanni, called to confirm the time and date. As I was moving out of my previous house and into a new house, I had my mother wait for the cleaners to arrive. By 12:30 on the scheduled day of cleaning, no cleaners had yet arrived. Please read this before doing business with Dutch Touch. They are a bait and switch group. I had a signed quote for 2 maids for 2 hours in a very small House in Carlsbad (1360 sq ft). They arrived with 3 maids. I said I was not going to pay for 3 when I had a signed quote for 2. My quote was for $112 for the 2 hours. She said now the bill would be $168. I said no way. She gets her supervisor on the phone and he said OK $127. I was upset but had scheduled the time on Saturday. I went to the ATM to get cash. I am a big fan of this company. You couldn't ask for better customer service. The owner is very friendly and nice and so are his employees. They do beautiful landscaping and do everything they can to make the job perfect. I know becuase they manage my complex in Rancho Santa Fe.
