My only small issue : The tech apparently forgot to clear the water level sight glass on my furnace .

I can't say enough thanks for the service done by your company. Dylan was our boiler repair mechanic. These systems are a higher level of difficult heating systems to work with, that an average plumber most likely could not handle. Dylan took the time to explain and carefully recommend what action to take on a system that was left unserviced for too many years, as we just purchased our new home a month ago. Dylan's concerns were how to take of the customer first, not how much it would cost. Carefully inspecting our system, before any work was started. We are impressed that a person could have this

The technician who came out was Jon. He was very professional and thorough. I have been using T.E. Spall for 10+ years for boiler maintenance and repair, and will continue to utilize them. I didn't realize they did other tasks besides furnace/boiler work so I may consider them if I need any of those other things done, too.

Awesome company! Central office called me to let me know the technician was about 30min away, which allowed me to step out of work without wasting a whole day. Dylan showed up right at the time central office said he would, and he was super helpful and professional. Dylan worked with me to teach me about my heating system, as I was not familiar with steam radiators or how they worked. He answered all my questions, and performed general maintenance. As it turned out, my issue was accidentally caused by me overfilling the boiler. Dylan was honest, and told me that I actually would not be needing

Aaron was professional, courteous, & efficient. The P.M. performed was thorough & informative. Aaron even found some pleated air filters hiding next to a filing cabinet from the original install. I had planned to pick up some on the next Home Depot run. It was nice to cross something off one of our lists. A rarity at a wastewater plant. Spall has never disappointed us. It is appreciated!
