This company installed our doors, but won't come back to service. Someone originally answered the phone & asked if I would text the information instead. I did this, but then no response after many weeks & numerous attempts. I have even made it clear we will pay & don't expect it to be warranty work. We have left emails, texts, & voicemails. The least they could do is respond & say we cannot take on the work.

Had a horrible experience with this company. I had them install a shower door and it was alright. After about a week, the door began to sag heavily. Looked like they used very cheap materials. They offered to repair their mistakes and came to fix it. Shortly after, other issues occurred. Eventually they said they would no longer attempt to fix their own mistakes and would charge full price to replace the door they improperly installed. Eventually the owner stated that they would send someone to repair their mistakes and no one showed. They now refuse to answer the phone and they won’t respond

We gathered a few quotes for a glass shower door and both were significantly higher than the quote we got from Metro and were not as nice of quality. They sent their installer out to measure the space and the same guy installed the shower door about a week and half later. He was super informative and took the extra steps to make sure everything was a tight fit despite our house having uneven walls. We are super happy with the shower door and the service we received! We will definitely recommend them and use them in the future!
