Peter Perez and his son with Excel Chem-Dry deep cleaned my carpets and cleaned all my tile floors! Wow what a difference. They were on time, worked hard and are very professional. Certainly the best carpet cleaning experience that we have ever had. Joe was friendly and professional and did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with the dry time on the carpet as well, under two hours, and everything smelled great when he was done. He used corner guards to protect our walls and cloth pads to protect our hardwood floors, much appreciated. Excel is the best!

I called Excel Chemdry to get my carpets cleaned.
I had them cleaned last year by one of those Coupon zcleaners, that company spent about 30 minutes in my house.
This company spent more than an hour cleaning my Living room and hallway.
He even worked on a couple of difficult spots, no extra charge.
I paid full retail for this cleaning, and felt like I got more than I paid for.
I am extremely happy with the service and will use them again

Peter Perez's Chem Dry is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever encountered! I tried one or two others and was always disappointed by comparison. I've had them clean my couch, rugs, and carpets, and am always amazed at how wonderful they look. They are also friendly, are easy to schedule, and show up on time. I've now been a customer for several years and feel very lucky to have come across them by chance.

Great service, very professional, and able to squeeze you in on short notice. We have a puppy that isn't getting the potty outside thing. They have come twice to our home and the rugs look brand new and no puppy pee smells.
The owner is a really cool guy. He volunteers in his community and helps in soup kitchens. I respect that. I like doing business with people that are socially compassionate.

I have used Excel chem dry for years and always been very satisfied. The workers are very professional but friendly and very helpful. Recently we have had wheelchair marks on the caroet and they looked terrible and I never thought they would come up but Peter performed one of his miracles and the carpet looks great. Peter is one of a kind, Very friendly and makes you feel like you are special. I have never had to call thelm back after many many years of cleaning

Excel was hired to take care of Grandma's carpeting, throughout the two story house. They were prompt, very friendly, helped move furniture that we can not move, and offered us reasonable packages.
What we also liked about this responsible company is that it is family business. They are simply lovely people. Would highly recommend this company for any flooring need.

Chem Dry is the best! The carpets are not too soaked afterwards and they provide plastic booties to put over your shoes or feet to walk on the carpet until it is completely dried. We had quite a few dark spots from spills of a teenage boy and they got it all out. The owner of Excel a great guy - friendly, helpful. We have used them twice and are super happy with the results.

I hired these guys to help give my townhome's carpet a good cleaning after 6 years of wear and tear (and baby puke, food stains, etc.). I needed someone fast, since I need to get it ready for my new tenants, and they were able to service my home the next day. Excellent job, very professional, and they were able to get rid of some of the stains that I didn't think was possible to get out! Will definitely use them again. Peter and Andrew were great at communication from the first phone call through the date the job was completed! Very professional and easy to contact. They were on time for the scheduled appointment, which was impressive. We are a real estate brokerage that also manages 40 properties. We had them clean the carpets in one of our rentals and they both kept in contact regarding appointments, arrival times, etc. We learned of them through personal contacts and will use them again for our multiple rental properties.

When four out of five companies on Yelp politely passed on my vintage settee with water stains, I was already losing hope. After sending pictures, Peter from Excel ChemDry honestly stated he can make the piece better but not completely perfect, so I took the chance, though warily.
I dropped the settee off over the weekend, and Peter was kind enough to accommodate my busy schedule. He was able to get the settee ready for pick-up on the date that I requested. I did not expect the settee to be completely rid of the water stains and light marks, but on a good angle, the settee looked so much better

We never had a deep cleaning on our carpet since we moved in May of 2004 and these guys did a good job removing all the dark spots it had.
We also took the chance to have our tiles in our bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and they got like new.
I wish I could have this done every month but our pocket don't allow us.
