My experience with this company was perfect. My call was answered right away, and the questions they asked gave me confidence. When I described that my dryer is on the second floor, with a very long vent through the attic, they gave me an estimate within a range, which seemed very fair to me. The team called about 45 minutes ahead of time to say they were on their way. They arrived at the exact time of the appointment. They quickly diagnosed the vent set-up and went to work.
