Toby should be wearing a superhero cape! I moved into a new house on hot day and the A/C was absolutely broken! I called Toby the next morning, a Saturday, and he came right over and immediately diagnosed the problem (completely empty-of-refrigerant, broken A/C unit) and was back on Monday morning with a new unit.

I have never had someone respond so quickly and be so courtierous to a couple of first time home owners. My girlfriend and I came home to a house that was 82 degrees, saw that Direct Comfort was still open and he was here in ten minutes. It turns out our units fan had knicked a wire shorted out our fan. He had it triaged and fixed within half an hour. If I could rate them higher, I would.

I had a wonderful experience today with Toby and Direct Comfort! Our furnace quit working on the coldest day of the year. Toby fit me into his busy schedule and was over within an hour. It ended up being a pretty simple fix and he even showed me how to fix it if the furnace does this again. His fees were very reasonable. This is his own business and I feel it’s important to support the smaller companies too! He’ll definitely get my call in the future.
