Dana Adam started Adam Landscaping in 1988 as a kid in high school who liked being outdoors and happened to know something about lawn mowers - so mowing lawns made sense. Turns out he was good at it. 0ur client contacted us because they wanted to expand their living space to include a true outdoor room. The solution involved removing the existing decking and replacing it with a paver patio. The curved wall serves the dual purpose of defining the "room" and creating a conversation area with plenty of seating around an in-ground fire pit.
To get a lush, healthy lawn there are some pretty simple but important steps you have to take. The main idea behind these steps is to develop a deep, healthy root system. Your new lawn will benefit the most from frequent light watering rather than infrequent heavy watering. If you are seeing puddles, you are overwatering.
For projects of a larger scope, we traditionally require 1/3 down payment upon signing the contract, 1/3 at the start of work and the final 1/3 at the end of the project.
