We needed a new water heater, and these guys responded quickly and with a reasonable price. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and our technician was friendly and professional. They even followed up with us with the permits needed, as we didn't know the first thing about what to do.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is we weren't able to get a window of time to expect someone until the day of the service, and even that wasn't given until later in the morning. 30 minutes notice does not work during school pick up and drop off time.

Very sad to say people are not out there to do honest work anymore. 300$ and 5 mins later I was told I need to move my vanity to fix the leak that was no where near vanity. I would have tore my whole bathroom listening to a worker who wants to get paid for working weekends but does not really wants to do the work weekends. I work weekends and I do my work with all my heart.

Buckeye Plumbing is a large plumbing company. We referred many clients to them for thousands of dollars of work throughout the county. Our experience was not good. They verbally quote one amount and charge another. They claim leak work when they have the specific scope already, they do not complete work orders in full. They bill jobs before they are complete. Very disappointed in their company. We will not be referring them t o our clients any more.

I had an incredible experience with Buckeye. Their new construction vans have been in my neighborhood for years but I live in a 1954 home. They sent out Hugo who was incredibly knowledgeable and honest and solved my problem in short order without trying to upsell me or make me think I have a bigger problem, as other companies have in the past. I will definitely use them again. Very happy with their customer service all around.

Buckeye Plumbing was great, arrived on time, knocked out what we wanted ( old bathroom sink replacement) and reviewed our leaky OLD separate hot and cold shower knobs... they will be ordering replacement cartridges. Our house was built in 1953 so the plumbing is not straight forward. They also checked out a possibility for an outside shower, hot and cold tied into existing external cold water hose bib.

ANOTHER UPDATE: be careful if you call these guys for a quote and then decide to go with somebody else. They will file a complaint with the city... This is a prime example of a company that just can't seem to stoop low enough. From attacking their reviewers, to filing complaints, to threatening to put a lien on your home. Stay far, far away from this company.

It's not often that a business goes above and beyond a customer's expectations. We recently contacted Buckeye Plumbing to locate a possible leak in one of our walls. They showed up on time, the first time with all of the proper equipment. The plumper who came to our house was friendly and professional. As part of the inspection the plumber had to go on the roof to look down the vent pipe with a camera. Buckeye came to my rescue after a stressful night of undiagnosed gushing water. They agreed to come to my house while I was at work to assess the underground situation. They were able to assess the problem rather quickly and charged a quite fair (never cheap, it's a plumber!) amount. He was kind, courteous, and even texted me updates as requested. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Just had Buckeye plumbing come fix multiple issues at our home. Jonathan was amazing and he gave me his honest opinion on what he would do to solve the issues we were having. He fixed one issue with the toilet that had been going on for years that other plumbers never had a solution for. He replaced the parts on the inside of the toilet and now it is fixed!
Service call was right on time and the estimate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Buckeye plumbing again. It did take a few days to get an appointment but I am glad I waited. Definitely would use them again in the future!

We have used Buckeye Plumbing for many years for various plumbing concerns. Have never been disappointed with their prompt, efficient service. In short they do what is needed and from all appearances are competent at their repairs. I've never had the feeling of being ripped off with their service and pricing.
