If customer leaves, lock up instructions will be communicated by customer to the main office. We service single-family homes, however, we no longer service apartment buildings or condos unless they are north of Northgate, have parking provided, and are a unit of 8 or less units. We DO service single-family homes south of Northgate.
Harmful pathogens can live on surfaces for days, and will potentially double every 20 minutes given the right food source and ambient temperature. This provides ample opportunity to create situations for cross contamination. Conventional cleaning and disinfecting does a fine job of managing microbiological load on common touch points.

Edit 3: First and foremost, I have been incredibly pleased with the services received until I was fired. How I was fired and the circumstances surrounding it have soured me on the company. I am incredibly disappointed the owner is attempting to counter the facts in this case; clearly we see things differently and/or have different information. I provided information about parking at time of estimate, 3 months of service were received without issue, then I was informed I was fired from services because of parking via text message. Veronica was amazing, professional and detail oriented. She carefully cleaned our home from top to bottom so we could welcome our guests for Thanksgiving. My MIL is really allergic to cats but with Susan's Green Clean help her feel comfort and sniffles free.

I have been hiring cleaning services for my homes since 2006, so I've experienced every kind of service from the abysmal to the fantastic. Susan's Green Cleaning is simply the best cleaning company to ever work for me. This isn't a group of ragtag folks just offering to clean houses as a way of scraping together a bit of stop-gap income. We were very pleased with the immaculate cleaning our home received from Susan's Green Cleaning a few weeks ago. We have had many people clean our home before, but this was by far the most thorough. Our previous cleaning service was significantly less expensive, but now that my eyes have been opened to what it costs to pay a living wage, including paid vacation, sick leave, and retirement savings, I am ashamed to have used that service for so long. It is not in our budget to have Susan's come in every other week like our old cleaners did, but also cannot in good conscience go back to supporting

We needed a deep clean on our home since a lot of the extra tasks had been pushed aside for too long. Our cleaner was very professional and did a great job getting into all of those nooks and crannies that hadn't seen enough attention this past year. We will definitely book a cleaning with them again when we need another whole house refresh!

I decided to wait to write this review until after my second cleaning by Susan's Green Cleaning. I have to say I am beyond pleased with the job the team did both with my initial deep clean and and standard clean the second time around. The team of cleaners were very pleasant and professional and their attention to detail was impressive. While this service is pricey and the package models are a little confusing up front, I do feel the quality is there for the price. Further I fully support the environmentally conscious values and that this business pays its workers a living wage with benefits. I

I booked a move out cleaning with Susan’s Green Cleaning. Most of the communication was via email with Susan, the owner. From the moment I booked until the moment the job was completed, she was extremely responsive. After I had mentioned that the cleaning technician had missed a few areas, Susan immediately made it a priority to ensure that someone would come back out. In fact, Susan came out herself the following day to ensure the place was sparkling and to our satisfaction. Wonderful customer service and would definitely recommend!
