It all began with vision and heart. In the fall of 1987, Daniel & Gloria King began what is now a thriving specialty company. With limited resources, yet unlimited determination, Quality Window and Door began supplying and installing windows and doors. Over the years as it grew, the company has remained within the family and is now one of the leading suppliers for Marvin Windows and Doors in the state of Indiana.
We believe service, after the sale, is what wins our customers over the most. Over 60% of our business comes from referrals/previous customers. It is not only important to offer a high quality product but to have experienced installers do the job. We had a fantastic experience working with Nate and the Quality Window people. We were pretty indecisive about what we wanted and pretty clueless about windows in general, but Nate was very helpful, working with us to find the style, the look, and the price-range that worked for us.
Our windows and doors look amazing! The windows and doors are very high quality, the installers were awesome, and the whole process went smoothly. This was an attractive update to the outside and inside of our home!

The windows are wonderful quality and just as we ordered!
the installation crew was exceptional, came right on time, worked extremely hard from start to finish, cleaned up everything and the installation looked absolutely great.
If we buy any more windows we wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else!!

Excellent service, Ed is really great! The installers were very professional and clean! Daniel and his brother and the entire crew did a fantastic job on my door and window installations. The quality of the products is very high. Will use them to install the windows and doors throughout my home moving forward!

Our entire experience with Quality in replacing our windows and doors was excellent. From our first appointment, to the final window being hung, they were awesome to work with! Nate and Carmen were so helpful in picking out exactly what we needed and the crew they have installing the product is AMAZING!! They were punctual, polite, respectful and cleaned up the dust and debris that was left each night. I was pleasantly surprised the first night I got home as I expected a mess and I couldn't even tell anyone had been there. They were so efficient and got the entire project done quicker than I expected

We set up an appointment time with Quality Window and Door. The time we set up was 5:30 p.m. There is nothing I hate more is a representative from a company that is late for an appointment. Ed got there at 5:27 with 3 minutes to spare. A+ for Quality for being there on time. Ed was very polite and did an estimate for 10 replacement windows. The estimate was far lower than expected. Just with what I've seen so far, I would go with this company again.
