Titan came and fixed my foundation and plumbing. I live in the Beaumont area and Titan came from Houston and gave a better bid than the local companies did. The work they did was beyond my expectations, and Jess and his team explained how the repairs were going to be done. The work was excellent and when they finished the repairs, the clean up was so good, other than the fresh dirt at the tunneling sites you would not have known any work had been done. Yes, I highly recommend Titan to everyone.

I had five quotes for my foundation repair. Jess was by far the most professional and patient with me in helping me understand the details of my issue. Another company told me I needed plumbing leaks and Jess was honest and fixed only what was leaking. He kept me informed all through the different stages of the job and his quotes were market competitive and fair. I would recommend him to any one that needs work done. He and his crew were a God send. I can’t say enough good things about him

I'd like to start off by saying that if I could give this company ZERO stars I would. "J. MONROE" called my office and spoke to our property's Administrator and was very rude and disrespectful claiming, "I needed to get off the phone and answer his call or email him because I was the one who inquired about their services"
What kind of customer service is this? Why would I even call them back or provide any work for them?? Wow, just wow!! Thank you for not letting me waste my time so I can provide work to another company who actually wants it.

Structural Solutions are very professional their staff is very understanding and very patient they take the time to answer all your questions and no question is too silly they take their time and explain every single detail in plain and simple terms , when you are having work done on your home , it can be very stressful as I said before they are very professional they do excellent work I'm so pleased with their Staffing their crew and all the work was exceptional. I had moisture/water issue in two of my rooms that was causing wood floor to buckle.
Mr. Jess Monroe from Titan Structural Solutions did show up and evaluate the situation. and we both agree that there are two causes 1) sewer pipe connection right outside house is damaged by tree roots 2) and foundation issue in two of my rooms. We both agreed that he is going to fix both of issues and he is going to get all the required permits from city to do the job. He wrote a contract and we both agreed with it.
1st) His crew came one week late with no city permit, he had to delay the job again and wait

The representatives from Titan did a great job explaining things that needed to be done and why. Work was done quickly and unforeseen issues (large tree roots) were quickly dealt with. The drainage work seems to be working great (recently installed). The staff were all professionally dressed and very friendly. Jess, Red and their team did an excellent job on the drainage system.
The only issue we've had were large screws left on the driveway and open holes left in the side of our building from a 3rd party gutter company that initially installed the drainage on the wrong side of the building.
