The whole experience was great. Left a voicemail which didn't give me a warm fuzzy but they returned my call quickly which seems as though that isn't common today. They arrived the next day. It was a generic part that was bad and they had one on their van so my fridge was repaired quickly. Cleaned up, thoroughly explained the problem and repair, and I even gave the guy a $50 tip because everything was so awesome and he saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator.
