Arklatex Property Services was very prompt when we requested an estimate for several repairs for out home. They also provided a fair estimate for the jobs we need done. We waited until the weather warms up, but we will definitely be calling them to repair the things we need fixed in our home. I will be able to provide more details once the repairs have been done, but thus for I will definitely recommend them.

Someone broke into my rental property and stole my expensive window heating/cooling system, shattered the window casing in doing so, and cracked the window pane. I was pretty distraught especially since I was also going through serious medical issues at the same time. To make matters worse, I was given the runaround by a couple of other contractors; one who really overpriced me, the other who was highly recommended by a family member. He had me buying supplies that I did not need, and had me waiting at the work site for at least five hours without showing up or not even a phone call. In desperation

I use Keith with Arklatex Property Services to help on some of my jobs or to refer clients to when needed. I have found him and his team to be thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He mainly focuses on handyman jobs, but also paints, does drywall repair, fencing, and decks. His carpentry work is sharp and he finishes it cleanly. A+ business. I will definitely use again soon.
