The customer service at the Warner Robins office is amazing!! Trenton Simms goes above and beyond to accommodate and makes sure you understand everything from the tests to the results to the products. If you or someone you love needs hearing aids, I would highly recommend this be your first and only stop.

The tests were easy to administer. Administrator was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the test results with clarity. Will probably get hearing aids due to my moderately diminished hearing capacity. He did a great job.

These folks are all about the customer. I needed some special attention for my Tinnitus and they put me into hearing aids specifically for my problem. That was four years ago and every time I need some attention, they help me out and never charge a dime. Periodically my hearing aids need to be tweaked as I grow older and they have helped me me out every time. Thank you Mid South for treating me like I am special.

The audiologist shows concern for the patient and makes suggestions based on the best interest of the patient. He displays a great level of professionalism and courtesy.
