Below are renderings of our various models along with the home construction, features and finishes included. When you are shopping around, be sure to compare construction techniques and all items included in the base price. After that is a list of items included in the contract price. Next is a list of options not included along with estimated costs.
Over the years, we have received many letters from appreciative home owners about the homes we have built for them. We will include a few here. In the process of planning our home you explained to us certain options which we did not know that were available and valuable in your opinion. Among these was the possibility of adding strength in the building that would exceed the code for hurricane strength.
