If you notice cracks above your interior doors and about a 1 inch space between your foundation and the soil, we are probably in a drought and you need to soak the soil arond your foundation. If you notice your doors are tight or a hitting the jamb in some places, your hinge screws could be loose. Just take a few tooth pics and put them in the hole, break off the tooth pics, and install the screw.

PBQ home solutions came in and fixed my bathroom tub leak. The previous owners had an under tub leak that had molded. He came in and repaired the sub floor while also switching out the old tub with a newer one of my choice. No mess was left and they cleaned were extremely polite. The work was finished within 2 days with no problems. 5/5 would recommend.

Just wanted to say thank you for the deck. In the last week we have had several people here that have said how great it looks. One guy came over because his friend drove by and told him how good it looks. He has a pool and deck and commented how much of a difference there is when a carpenter does the work compared to a regular guy. You and Kevin did a wonderful job from design up. We will be calling you for more work. All that you have done here has been the best.
