We had our home and shed roof replaced by Aaby Construction due to a hail storm claim. He easily navigated everything we needed to do through our insurance company. After the initial claim set up, I never once had to be in contact with my insurance company. Steve took care of the rest. Steve and his crew were very thorough and very professional.

I met with Steve, the owner of the company, and we went over the job and they started in late March. The job consisted of removing the old shingles on the garage (1 layer) and main residence (2 layers) and rebuild the NW corner fascia and soffit, as well as, new oversized gutters and downspouts and new roof. 17 Squares total. The estimate was not the lowest of the companies that I had met with but it wasn’t the highest either. The contract is half the money up front and then the rest due on completion of the project and that is pretty standard for the industry.

I watched Aaby Construction replace my neighbors roof last year. I was so impressed by the way the crew worked and the results I saw, that I contacted them to run an estimate for me. The entire process from start to finish was top notch. Steve was extremely up front and honest with me. He took all the time that I wanted to answer my questions. He followed up with me and was always there to answer my phone call or text. The crew followed through with exactly what Steve promised. I had a different local company come out to our old home and didn't get nearly the satisfaction or professionalism I did

I want to start this review off by saying that I have never written a review online before but feel so compelled to do so because of the amount of professionalism and high quality service that was on display throughout the entire process of having our roof and gutters replaced.

The experience with the company was smooth and seamless. Steve has great crews for roofing and gutters. The quality and value is top notch. We understood everything due to the great communication from Steve. Very happy with the final product. With all this in mind the original reason I contacted Aaby Construction was due to him doing my mothers roof and treating her with the same respect and courtesy. She and I both are very satisfied with this company and the outcome of our roofs. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Steve and his crew did an exceptional job of replacing our roof, facia, gutters, and down spouts due to the April 7 hail storm damage. My wife and I are so happy working with Steve. Steve took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered, and that we made the right decision on the new shingle. He brought over samples, showed us roofs to review, verified roofs we texted to him for the type of shingle using the Owens-corning matching web tool. Steve worked extremely well with our insurance company. Excellent service!

The owner responded quickly on the phone and professionally in person to do an inspection. He explained everything to us, made suggestions and gave me a quote. I have been a customer of Aaby Construction since 2014 when our house and hangar roofs were destroyed in a hail storm. We contacted Steve and he immediately set to work with his crew. They accomplished a pretty big job in just a few days while we watched in amazement. Aaby Construction handled all the insurance, permits and paperwork issues. They did a great job cleaning up the work site and we were left with a brand new 25 year shingled roof on both of our buildings. Steve was excellent at following up and ensuring we were happy customers. We recently had an issue with a leak in our fireplace
