Everything was great! I got a new Trane furnace and AC from Airtime (a little over a two years ago). There was some weird issue with the unit, and they spent an inordinate amount of time fixing it. The furnace now runs great and has through all seasons. They were professional, attentive, and conscientious. Highest marks to these guys! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

System worked fine for 9 years. This year I decided to get maintenance done just to prevent any problems. They charge by the hour. The guy, although nice, stayed for a painstaking 4 hours. There were no problems. That time was spent vacuuming it and cleaning the outdoor unit and showing me the owners manual and other stuff I didn't ask for. I couldn't get him to leave, all the while trying to hurry him along knowing each minute was costing me money. $340 later he was gone. The next day I got a flyer in the mail from a different company . Same service but $69!!!! Now 4 months later my
