SCAM, they do nothing but lie claiming non-compatible with service when all they want is to get you to sign up for AT&T which double profits them. NO THANKS I'll find a legit service, even if IT COST MORE. Dependability is everything and I don't think they are. I didn't want to give it any stars, they made me give 1.

I have been using LifeFone for 7 years and am very happy with their service. The first few years I used the traditional service where I would alert them from my medallian if I was in distress. A few years later, because of the progression of my disability, I opted for a service where I call in each morning to let them know I am alright. Considering my family is 3,000 miles away, the connection I have with LifeFone gives them peace of mind knowing that I am alright. If I do not call in, LifeFone operators will reach out to my neighbors and family. If there is no response, an ambulance is called

December 12, 2018 was a bittersweet day for me. The walker I ordered for my 85-year-old mother arrived and I called Life Fone to order a medical alert service in the event another fall occurs and no one is present. Having Liifefone is like having an insurance policy. Now, when I leave the house, I can be assured that my mother will be wonderfully and efficiently taken care of if she requires medical help. All she needs to do is push her pendant.... and help will come in minutes!

I really love the fact that Lifefone has given my family member the confidence to feel safe and secure being on their own. They love the fact that their system can be used for in and out of the home since they are independent and always on the move. The best part I believe are the staff members, from the sales representatives that do not make you feel as if you have to purchase something to the EXCELLENT customer service skills from the people who answer the alarms. I would definitely refer anyone who is looking for an emergency system to purchase with Lifefone.

Lifefone has been great for my mom-- we have had this service for several years & through a few close calls, the response has been quick and professional. My mom had LifeFone for years after my dad passed and until she moved in to assisted living. It made her feel secure and it gave me tremendous peace of mind. She is quite picky, and yet she told me how much she liked their customer service. That is a miracle. They do a great job, and they really made us feel like they cared. I highly recommend them.

I have had a very positive experience with LifeFone. I ordered the service in June 2017 and had them expedite the equipment so that I could set it up for my mother on my next trip to Houston. Setting it up was easy and we made a couple of test runs which exceeded my expectation in both timeliness and professional response.

My mother-in-law was starting to have breathing problems and it was beginning to worry the family because she lives at least 8 hours from the nearest relative. My parents used Lifefone for many years. It provided them, and me, with total peace of mind! I have recommended this service to many people. My mother was in a wheelchair (paralyzed) and couldn't activate the Lifefone service, so my dad wore the wrist bracelet. If something happened to either of them, he could press the button and the central office would contact them. If my dad was unable to speak to them my mother would be able to communicate via the speakerphone provided by Lifefone. I ordered the Lifefone system for my father. When he passed away, I was instructed by Marty, the person who sold me the system, to return the equipment to their New York offices and he would arrange for contract cancelation. Upon receipt of the returned equipment, the New York staff contacted me 3 times to ask why I was returning it. I explained that my dad had passed and as I had written on the paperwork accompanying the returned equipment, we needed the contract canceled. My mother has had LifeFone's medical alarm service for almost five years, since my dad passed. She is very sharp and particular about everything, including customer service. For that reason, I was relieved and pleased when she has told me - repeatedly - that she finds the operators to be very nice and very helpful. She hardly ever likes a customer service person, so I know they must be good. If she forgets to test in a given month, they call to remind her. If she presses her button by accident, they're very gracious and reassuring to her. This gives me tremendous peace of mind
