The worst customer service I've ever had. My garage door stopped functioning so had to I call them. I've personally tried to do this work myself, however, I couldn't get any part shipped to us, hence I needed someone to do this work. I measured this torsion spring myself and ordered 37 inch spring for them to put on.

If you run a business and put under-trained people on the phones they don't get you the information that you will later need to handle a job. When this happens, the correct answer is not to argue with the customer and tell them that it is their fault that they left off work to be home so your tech could come and do the work. Which they didn't ever show up to do. It is also not reasonable to then tell the customer it is their fault for telling the under trained person what you thought you needed and not giving them all the specialist knowledge details that you called a specialist for.
