Not friendly or customer oriented.
I needed 20 ton of crush and run, said there big truck was broke down.
Would not bring 4 loads with smaller truck.was told it would take all day...I live 6 minutes away. And I would have to pay smaller ton price. I used another local company

Some people know how to dump The Rock or gravel whichever you want to call it and some people do not know how to do it so you must have someone there that knows what they are doing

Last week this company delivered me a concrete mix that was the consistency of water. I called into dispatch and they said a manager would call me to discuss the issue. No one ever called me. I then called again and sent an email. No response. But they of course charged my credit card for the price of a high psi stamped concrete mix. I expect the concrete to eventually crack from the extremely high water content. And not even a call back to address the issue. They just took the money and ran. I'm surprised they're still in business, given their lack of customer support.
