Contracted with them in spring 2017 to level a 600 sf post and beam house. The work was not done according to contract or code, several posts were left hanging from the beams and several were not in contact with the beams. Code limits shim work to three 1/4" shims, they used seven or eight in places, and some were falling out in places. Promised they would triple strap each post but did not. I have contracted another company to repair their shoddy work, but because Foundation King never scheduled a final inspection with the city, the original permit is still open, so the new company can't pull

Terrible company. Not honest. Will make your foundation WORSE than before. He says he doesn't hire subcontractors when he actually does. His own workers will tell you. Says he will use metal shims and then uses wood shims. Says he will level ENTIRE home and then after you pay him, he says that he does not level any additions to the home. Contract is very vague. BE AWARE!!!!! Wish I would have been warned.
