Atlantic Coast Spas repairs spas from Premium Leisure, Sunbelt Spas, Vita Spas, & Leisure Bay (Rec Warehouse). Like a swimming pool, your spa needs regular care and maintenance to keep it clean, safe and functioning properly. It only takes a few steps and a few minutes each week to make it happen. Considering the amount of circulation and filtering needed to keep a spa clean, weekly filter cleaning is probably the most important step.
Our Swim Spas offer the exercise benefits of a variable speed swim current with the relaxation of a luxury spa. A swim spa may be the perfect answer if you are looking for a swimming pool, hot tub, or whirlpool, or are interested in hydrotherapy, hydro massage, physical therapy, massage, or general exercise.
Any of our spas can be installed all of the way or part of the way into your deck, floor or patio. Add color, texture, plants, lights and a water feature and you have a little piece of paradise in your own back yard. If you have an attractive view that would be spoiled by a large spa and would prefer to look at a lovely water feature, a custom installed spa is for you.
Acrylic spas have a smooth surface and are contoured to fit the body, with a variety of seating patterns. Concrete spas are much more rigid in shape, and typically have only basic bench type seats that require the user to sit straight up. They also have a rougher texture that can be hard on skin and bathing suits.
Our spa covers use 2 pound density virgin EPS foam core for insulation. The covers have an R-value of 19 for the 4" to 2" tapered 2 pound density foam. We also offer 5" to 3" tapered 2 pound density foam which has a higher top strength and better insulating properties with an R-value of 21. We use 28 Ounce Marine Grade Vinyl which features mildew inhibitors and UV stabilized coloring to help prevent fading.

This is my second time getting Atlantic Coast Spas to help me by setting up my swim spas. The first one I enjoyed for about 11 years after Ken and his crew set it up!! It was an 8 foot but I bought a use 19 foot swim spa and called Ken again. His crew set it up and replaced what was needed, as well as, made sure everything was to my satisfaction!!! It's gorgeous and I'm truly enjoying it!! Once again, I thank Ken and his crew for being so nice and doing such a beautiful job setting up my swim spa!!!

Called on a Thursday for service, set up appt for Monday, store followed up on Monday and sent me a reminder text, Technician Rob showed up during time promised, quickly and accurately diagnosed issue, had part on truck, repaired hot tub with no drama or bs. Price was fair and I'm back in business! Would recommend to anybody. Thanks again Rob!

Walked in to purchase a hot tub. But as I started to talk to the salesmen, he asked if a lady that walked in AFTER ME, if she was with me. I said no. So walked away from me, saying nothing, and started helping her instead. To make it worse, then started helping another man after that. The poorest customer service I’ve seen. Going to buy a hot tub for my house, but not from them.

I’ve had two EXCELLENT service experiences with Atlantic Coast Spas!! So many others tried to charge me more than 1k for service work. Rob was able to do for it $100.00 by replacing a sensor and a couple of o-rings. I find this company very ethical!! So glad my 25 year old hot tub is still going strong thanks to their great service!

Atlantic Coast Spas installed a deck and 12 foot swim spa 3 years ago for a cost of approx 17k. Have since replaced motor and pumps, keyboard, and breaker for approx $3000 in repairs. The motor broke again ( they claim hit by lighting for the 2nd time in 10 months), but this time they said would send the motor to manufacturer to see if covered by warranty. Additionally, the repairman said he would send Ken, the owner, photos taken under the deck to show the deck is not supported and spa is uneven and separating from the deck. 5 weeks later and my calls are not being returned. I have 20k cess pool

I went to the "experts" to get a replacement part for my hot tub. I bought the part that the "experts" recommended even though it was not the exact same part I was replacing. I took it home and unpackaged the part to try and install it... it did not fit. I took the part back for a refund and they would not refund my money because the package had been opened. You try and do right by supporting a local company. I will never do business with these people again and I hope you won't either. Businesses like these should do right by their customers.

Do not trust this business! !!! I bought a hot tub from these people less than a year ago . The heat unit started to cycle up to 107° while it was on the standard-setting . when I called for help, they told me I had it on the wrong cycling setting and claimed that there was no such thing as the cycling setting that I had. After a week of calling them and speaking with three different people they finally agreed to send someone out to repair it this is going on well into two weeks now . Man that they sent out was terrified of dogs,- became hysterical to the point where I had to keep my dogs out
