Baby Go Round, Inc. was founded in 1993 with the goal of carrying the most adorable and innovative baby products in the marketplace. In 1993, those innovative products were Convertible Cribs and that was our specialty. Beginning in a tiny space in a small strip mall, now having grown to over 3,000 square feet, Baby Go Round has carved a niche for itself in New England as a destination for Convertible Furniture.
PLEASE NOTE: Electronic gift cards are delivered by email. They will first be sent to the purchaser's email address, at which point you can print the gift card for giving in person or forward to another email address for electronic gifting. I recommend everything!!! Great in store selection!! Cindy and Jessica were very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful, with no pressure to buy. The fact that I just mentioned them by name, as if we were ole pals, sums up how great the customer service is!!!) The only disappointment which is totally out of their control was delays in some shipping, due to the pandemic. We left totally satisfied and feeling like we made new friends!!!! They even gift wrap with a smile!!🍼👏🏻👏🏻

The owner and her mother were SO incredibly helpful during my visit this past Saturday. They spent hours with my mom and I answering different questions about their products, and baby gear in general. Very patient with our many, many questions. It’s very clear they are willing to go above and beyond to help their customers and are truly passionate about their great store!

Ordered a FatBrain toy for a Birthday gift as it was well-priced. Heard nothing following the order confirmation for 10 days. Then it was cancelled and refunded as they 'did not have enough stock to fulfill your order'. Would have appreciated a sooner notice as the BDay gift won't be getting to my Nephew now. Poor communication.

I can't believe it took me to have my second child to find this boutique. The staff members are all extremely friendly and informative. I have been many times trying to find the perfect stroller and car seat for my little one and not only do they have the best and safest products in stock but they have them on display. Which is amazing because you really need to test out a product before purchasing and they have high end elite products that you cannot find else where other than online is incredible. Baby Go Round has a very nice show room and everyone who works there is clearly very informed about the products they sell. They also have probably one of the bigger selections in the State. This is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Once they had my money (and a lot of it!) the customer service took a disturbing nose dive.
