Computer Wingman started out in 2002 as an IT company that specialized in IT consulting for Medical Practices in helping the practices maintain their EMR infrastructures. In 2012, we opened a store front in Ashburn, VA where we diversified our offerings to A to Z IT support for Medical Practices, Small Business and Residential including in-store computer repair, sales, and support.
The Ashburn store front opening went very well and as a result we opened a second store front location in Falls Church, VA in 2015.

5 Stars. If I could give 6 stars I would give 6 stars. These guys are professional, courteous, and eager and willing to answer all questions. Service is top notch. When they say they will not charge you for something that does not work, that is not a sales gimmick, it is the truth. They made suggestions that saved us money with our issue. How many businesses in 2019 do that? I am very thankful we found Computer Wingman. No issue too small, excellent customer service, very responsive communication, accurate and quick turnaround time. This is a great PC tech support company. Colin at Computer Wingman was able to get my Acrobat Reader back up and running so fast today! As a Realtor, not being able to access my PDF Files is a nightmare! They were able to remotely log on to my system immediately and took care of the problem in 15 minutes! What amazing service!. I highly recommend Computer Wingman.

The folks at Computer Wingman are terrific! Their service is prompt, efficient, patient, and reasonably priced. In April 2018, Jeremy made a house call and walked me through the set-up and use of my new laptop and printer -- his patience was much-appreciated. In September 2018, I took my laptop and printer to the Falls Church office, where they updated my laptop security software and adjusted my printer. Also in September 2018, when my printer lost communication with my laptop and tablet, Colin spent 46 minutes with me on the phone to restore connectivity; then Jeremy spent 13 minutes on the phone

I was having a terrible morning until I called and talked to Colin. He was kind and patient as I told him my list of issues/problems. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns and put me at ease. He remotely accessed my computer and fixed an issue that was worrying me, then he didn't want to charge me for it, even after I took up an hour of his time. I am going to take my computer to him for a full check up and I am going to make sure he lets me pay him for his time.

I swung by Computer Wingman today because I was having iPhone email issues. I was politely greeted by Binh upon walking in the door. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while I waited. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. We all know that computer and phone problems are frustrating and something that we hate dealing with. Now when I have a problem I will feel more at ease knowing that they will take care of me. I highly recommend them. Thank you Bihn and CW!!
