Hands down one of the best Home Improvement contractors in MD! After requesting a quote from two contractors who said they would come to provide a quote for my roof repair but never actually came, Rich arrived right on time.

I used Certified Pro for gutter replacement and installation on my home. They did a fantastic job. Rich is honest , very responsive and great to work with. He and his team are very professional. I will be using them in the near future to install a sliding glass door as well. They will always be on the top of my list moving forward for all around home improvements.

To prepare our home for sale, I began searching for a contractor to help with multiple jobs. It is difficult when you don't have a person you know and trust to do the work. Not to mention the cost. But I do now!! Richard is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, honest and reasonable. We started with having him repair our deck steps. After living here 17 years, the deck has never looked better. I have now contracted Richard to do the remaining work needed. I only wish we knew him sooner, it would have avoided all the time and guess work out of finding someone to do everyday projects. I HIGHLY recommend

We didn’t know where to start looking to get estimates when we discovered the roof was leaking, and had damage. My husbands coworker recommended Rich at Certified Roofing Pro. Rich proved to be a professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and a man of his word. The clean up was exceptional, not a single nail found! Rich and CPR has done a ton of work on our home-- from a massive siding project, to new roof, to a stunning deck that has to be seen to appreciated. Every step of the way, Rick sets an extremely high bar for his team-- literally to the point of verifying square in unseen parts of a project. And CPR is very flexible, able to make adjustments on the spot without missing a beat.
The siding project was massive-- with what seemed like miles of soffit and trim work. They crafted every detail like it was their own home. Looks like a new house.

Certified Pro Renovations did an excellent job replacing our old deck. We had a ton of quotes and at the end of the day felt best going with them based on their obvious knowledge. They worked hard to make the deck beautiful and often asked what we thought at different stages of the job. Most importantly, they cared about quality and doing it right. Highly recommended. We've now booked them for another job after being so happy with the results of the deck.
