Sent a message to the email address on their website and got a response very quickly. However, after getting certificates of insurance from them (needed by my HOA) they went completely silent and didn't respond to any of my emails or calls. A simple response indicating that they were too busy or weren't interested in the job any longer would have been sufficient. Went with Oliver Heating & Cooling instead and have been happy with the choice.

This is the second time I had them service my 20+ yr. old HVAC unit. Very reliable, prompt & professional technicians, price on their services are well within standard range. I will definitely consider McFadden to replace my decades old unit, when it finally decide to 'retire'.

We were so impressed with Mike, our technician. On Day one of the install both Jim and Mike came out to our home, they were ON~TIME, and courteous. Mike worked to install the units, we had 3 put in. He was clean (which was very important to me), he covered my furniture, laid drop clothes on my area rug and wore booties over his boots. He made it look so easy. Day two , again, ON~TIME, and efficient. He walked me through the system and all its functions. Bottom line, this was a HUGE purchase and investment, we did a lot of research and had 4 companies come out for estimates. We Went with Mcfadden

McFadden came out today to install a whole home humidifier. Clean, courteous, responsive and a job well done. Good prices. We will be back. Thanks so much!

Had McFadden replace our outside unit a couple of years ago and did a repair just this am. Great work. Polite and prompt service. Affordable price. Couldn't recommend them more.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They installed a new HVAC system a number of years ago. Their pricing was equal to some and better than most. I could not be happier with the end result. Jim and his crew were knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and worked VERY clean in my home. I have since used them a couple times for a checkup, odd noise, and when the squirrels got into some wiring outside. Each time they responded quickly, but most importantly, they answered the phone right away! Thanks again McFadden.
